Life Care Center of LaGrange serves breakfast to cancer survivors

On June 17, associates from Life Care Center of LaGrange, Indiana, served breakfast to cancer survivors and their families, in conjunction with the LaGrange County Relay For Life.

The facility’s Relay team, Life Care for a Cure, fixed a breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries and doughnuts, oatmeal and breakfast sandwiches. The event was hosted at Lakeland High School, and approximately 65 survivors and their families came to enjoy the free meal before participating in the Relay.

Life Care Center of LaGrange hosts community trick-or-treat

Life Care Center of LaGrange, Indiana, opened its doors as a safe place for local children to trick-or-treat on Oct. 28, 2016.

Residents at the skilled nursing and rehab center lined the hallways with hand-decorated bags filled with candy – 500 pounds total! About 225 guests attended, and residents enjoyed seeing the children’s fun costumes and young faces.

On Sept. 16, 2016, a dozen graduates of the therapy program at Life Care Center of LaGrange, Indiana, along with their guests, gathered at the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center for a rehab reunion.

Former patients, therapists and other staff members all enjoyed visiting, catching up and eating lunch together.
